All Hotel Council of San Francisco members are invited to join a committee of interest. Joining a committee is an opportunity to collaborate with other industry professionals, as well as act on local issues affecting the hospitality industry. All committees meet once a month.

Public Affairs Committee

The Public Affairs Committee works with public officials to ensure the voice of the hospitality industry is heard. The Committee follows industry issues and collaborates with industry experts and associations to recommend actions for the Board of Directors.

The Young Professionals committee’s mission is to engage and develop young professionals in the hospitality industry through networking, education, and community giving. This committee is open to all Hotel Council members under the age of 40.

Event committees convene when planning our annual events, including the Hotel Hero Awards, Women in Leadership, Annual Charity Golf Tournament, and the Stay Green Forum.
